This is Hug's little prince. Lovely asked for the girl one so made that one for him (I finished it while he slept last night but of course this morning when he discovered it he asked where his boy was ;)
Our crafty friend helped Hug by cutting out all of the pieces & stitching the pants for him but he sewed the top & the crown all by himself.
I was in Macro mode as he was moving around sewing so these photo's aren't as sharp as I would have liked. Home school guerrilla photography :) lol.
Voila! These were super easy. The body is shaped with pipe-cleaners & then the woolen-felt clothes are stitched over the top & little beads glued on to the tips of the pipecleaners for the hands & feet. A larger bead is glued on for the head. The crown is also felt & is just sewn at the back & glued on. The girls hair is beautiful spun fleece & she has an acorn hat :)
I ADORE these and your blog header is wonderful. Rainbow is my favorite color. I can't wait to spend more time exploring your blog, I found you through the crafty crow -- hooray!!
