I bought quinoa bread for the first time today.
No grain, no gluten. Lots of protein. Okay!
I toasted it { most gluten-free breads are extra nice when they're a little crispy in my opinion! } and topped it with kale, avocado, cheese, a soft-egg. And HOT sauce!
My God. It was so damn good :) The end.
