Inspired by our
Soil experiment I decided to bring out the colour wheel & paints so that we could make Brown!

The first palette had blue and orange on it & Hug chose this one.

Lovely chose the palette that had green and red on it.

I showed them the
Colour Wheel & we talked about colour mixing and that when we mix colours that are on the opposite side of the colour wheel we make brown. There are different ways to make brown.

Using watercolour paints wasn't my finest idea but it still kinda worked. Here's Lovely's brown.

And then we painted!
