Breakfast


Hug put in a special request for Monday morning French Toast. We make it gluten and dairy-free.


It even smelt good to Boston.


Voila.


I'm loving these sunny Spring mornings...

    I used 'wild grains' gluten-free bread & I make my egg-wash with rice milk (+ egg, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon). Then, I fry the French toast in coconut oil (which we were running out of that morning so I used half coconut oil & half Nuttelex). xx
